We use a flat delivery rate of £3.50 for online orders Delivery charges on all orders placed through our sales department are dependent on weight and size of parcel. For smaller orders, we charge £3.50. Larger orders are charged at £10+VAT per box for UK mainland.
Please be aware that some items may take up to 21 days for delivery, Please ring for advice if required. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in installments if certain items are out of stock.
Delivery promises are given in good faith and generally expected to be kept, but orders are accepted on the understanding that we are not held responsible for delays beyond our control.
Our estimated order turnaround time is listed by the product of each webpage, and may vary if embroidery or print is requested, or the item is out of stock from our supplier. During busy periods, this can be extended up to 6-8 weeks.
Goods must be examined on arrival and shortages or damages notified within 5 days as otherwise no claim can be entertained.

Orders made through our offline sales team will be subject to quote based delivery charges. We use the guidelines above, however larger orders will be subject to a higher delivery fee. Your sales representative will inform you of any delivery charges.
Our main courier is Royal Mail for all our items. We can use additional couriers if required however the cost of Postage will change. We do not use sub-contracted couriers or a 'man in a van.'
Certain areas of Great Britain are classed as non-mainland and therefore an international delivery. These areas will incur a higher carriage charge than UK Mainland.
If you wish to exchange an item of the same value, please return to the below address with a Returns Number and your new item will be sent within 5-7 working days. If the item for which you are exchanging is of a higher value, the additional funds must be cleared before the new item is sent.
The items must be returned in its original packaging and condition, fit for re-sale. All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer with the exception of faulty goods. We reserve the right to charge a realistic fee for repackaging if the product is returned in an unfit condition for resale. Everything that we send out is checked prior to despatch but we do recommend that on receipt you check the item.
Please note that all items in our website / Shop are plain items which we then decorate accordingly.
Items which have been personalised to your specifications may not be returned and are not covered under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Returns are accepted at Sprinters discretion. Decisions will be made based on the likelihood of being able to
re-sell the item you are returning.
All returns must be authorised by Sprinters Sportswear Ltd and sent within 14 days of you receiving your item(s).
We must be notified of any damages or missing/faulty goods within 48 hours of delivery with an explanation of the fault. In this case, we may replace the item at our discretion. We recommend that a signed for service is used to return the item to ensure that items are received.
Refunds will only be processed after goods have been returned to and received by Sprinters Sportswear Ltd.
Items in our Sales/Clearance section are non-refundable. Returns for these items will not be accepted and the buyer remains liable for any re-packaging and postage costs to send these items back to the original recipient.
